THE southern peace process is suffering from a “language” problem as the peace panels from government and Moro rebels are “speaking of different frameworks and approaches,” the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) claimed recently. The reaction was made following the two-day meeting in Kuala Lumpur earlier this March.
