ZAMBOANGA CITY –THE wish list of different groups in Mindanao, including of Moro rebels, has mounted for President-elect Senator Benigno “Noynoy” C. Aquino III to address, particularly the problem of peace and order in the southern region.
An umbrella group of peace advocates in Mindanao has urged the incoming president to once and for all strike a “political will” to solve the root causes of decades-old conflicts that have beset the area.
