PEACE Advocates Zamboanga (PAZ) conducted a Culture of Peace seminar dubbed as the “Art and Culture of Peace” among the members of the Regional Training special Unit of Region IX- Police Officers of the Philippine National Police at Camp Col. Romeo Abendan, Mercedes, Zamboanga City last June 23.
Thirty-five policemen actively participated in the training aimed at instilling in their minds and hearts the culture of peace, as against the culture of violence. Also, it intended to draw out positive responses and plans in integrating peace back to their respective working PNP stations and units at the Regional level.
